You can hire us for one or all four areas or specific items within our four areas of expertise. We will do our best to work with your budget to provide the best quality outcome that meets your unique needs. ***We are not grant writers or fundraisers but we are happy to share some resources and contacts that can support that part of the project.
Community Engagement
Approximately 25 - 30 hours of engagement
3-5 one on one meetings

What we need from you:
Share contacts for community leaders & potential partners to meet with
Provide a space for meetings
Allow for at least a month engagement activities
Share information about community needs, resources & assets

Design
A packaged multi-page PDF with scaled designs, site specs, materials list and estimated costs
What we need from you:
Schedule at least 3 design meetings with stakeholders
Share site specific information about locations, ownership, etc.
Commitment to a social design process ***includes multiple voices and opportunity for input
Estimated cost:
$1000 - $2500
*initial 30 min. design consult / brainstorming meeting is free
Project Implementation
Manage & oversight of the public art project from start to finish
Hiring local artists & coordinating volunteers
Initiate permitting & approvals
Provide Certificate of Liability insurance
Execution of proposed designs including but not limited to mural painting, sculpture fabrication, installation
Procurement of materials
What we need from you:
Assist with permitting & approvals
Timely payments based on contract
Access to electric & water
A point of contact / project lead
Clear communication
Signed Statement of Work
*Ability to sign an MOU with the city or owner
Estimated cost:
$3000 - 5000
*Does not include construction fee because that varies greatly based on the scope of the project (IE - materials & direct labor)
Follow Up
Plan and provide oversight on post production in the following areas:
Opening Celebration
plan & assist with an opening event or unveiling for the project
Art Programming
plan & oversee additional performances, workshops, events related to the project
Documentation
provide high quality photos & videos of the process and final outcomes
Impact Study
provide case study including quotes, interviews, writings and project outcomes
